ELMRIT Sports was built from a passion for coaching and skill development — and from recognizing a growing gap in elite hockey training. As the cost of ice time continues to rise, organizations and families often lack the resources to give athletes the repetition they truly need to refine their fundamentals. We created ELMRIT Sports to solve that problem.

Our mission is simple: bring elite, data-driven training directly to athletes.

Through our mobile training unit and advanced performance technology, we provide focused skill development without the distractions of traditional drill-based practices. Athletes can isolate specific skills — speed, accuracy, and velocity — and receive real-time, measurable feedback powered by AI tracking and performance metrics. This allows players to train with purpose, quantify improvement, and maximize every rep.

We serve youth, middle school, high school, junior, and collegiate hockey players across all skill levels. While elite-level athletes often gravitate toward high-performance metrics, our systems are built to elevate anyone willing to put in the work. For younger players, we partner closely with parents to support development. As athletes mature, we work directly with players, teams, organizations, and athletic departments to enhance performance at every level.

ELMRIT Sports was founded by coaches who have competed and succeeded at high levels of the game. With over 23 combined years of coaching experience, our background includes:

• NCAA Division III National Champion

• NCAA Division III Player of the Year

• ACHA Division I Defensive Player of the Year

• Program leader in points by a defenseman

• Current NCAA Division III coaching experience
